Become a Transport Partner in Saudi Arabia
Transport companies serving Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah can apply to join Rihla Transport. The Operations Hub reviews each company before granting access to its private partner portal.

Who can apply?
Licensed transport companies that can serve airport transfers, journeys between cities or local journeys in western Saudi Arabia can submit their company details. An application is a request for review; it does not make routes or prices public.
How onboarding works
Send your registered company name, transport license number, contact person and business contact details. The Operations Hub checks your information and follows up about your fleet, operating areas and commercial terms. Once the Hub approves and activates your company, it provides private portal access.
Your partner portal
Approved partners can manage drivers, vehicles, route and price proposals, assigned journeys and bookings created for passengers. Each partner sees its own operational records. Route and price proposals require Hub approval before they affect passenger availability.
How payouts are prepared
Passengers pay through the platform’s available methods. The partner amount is recorded separately from the passenger fare and platform margin. Eligible completed journeys go through finance review and settlement. Your company adds its bank details inside its private portal; finance verifies every new account or change before a bank payout is recorded.
Common partner questions
Does submitting an application activate my company?
No. The Operations Hub reviews the application and contacts the company about verification and portal access.
Can I propose routes and vehicle prices?
Yes, after portal access is granted. The Hub reviews proposals before they are offered to passengers.
Where do I enter bank details?
After you receive a partner login, open Account Settings in your private portal and select Manage private bank details. They are not collected on the public application form.
When is a partner payout available?
The trip, passenger payment and partner payable must pass the platform’s completion and finance checks. A verified bank account is required before a bank payout is recorded.
